All participants/bidders are subject to Proclamation of Sales and Condition of Sales from either the Banks or the Auctioneers. "www.auctionking.net" is only a live bidding platform providing assistance in the technical aspect of the "live auction" process. Therefore, we are not liable to and shall be indemnified against any losses, damages and problems arisen in relation to (from opening till end of the process) the auction.

Any decision or instruction made by the Banks/ appointed Auctioneers shall be final and binding on the Bidders and stakeholders in the auctions conducted by appointed Auctioneers via "www.auctionking.net".

www.auctionking.net being the proprietor of the Auctionking Bidding Platform, may from time to time has the sole discretion to add, modify, or delete any terms and conditions, and such additions, modifications or deletions are binding upon Bidders and stakeholders in all the auction conducted through this Auctionking Bidding Platform.

Bidders are responsible to ensure that the internet access is in good condition during the process of auction is being conducted. Unsatisfactory internet access may disrupt bids made by the Bidders.

Once you have successfully registered and fulfilled all requirements as a user of "www.auctionking.net", you will be eligible to bid online during the live auction. You acknowledge that you are bidding in a live auction and you agree that each bid submitted as provided in these terms and conditions is irrevocable and cannot be amended or corrected, even if submitted in error and notified us. You accept full liability for any and all bids submitted to your account (including the liability to pay in full and on time in accordance with the Bid Conditions for any lot that is the subject of a successful bid submitted from your account).

Auctionking.net is only service provider and shall not be held liable for any disruptions, delays, failures, errors, omissions, or loss of transmitted information due to the unsatisfactory internet access or any online disruptions that may occur during the process of auction.

Please note that "www.auctionking.net" reserves the right to reject a registration to bid online, withdraw its permission for you to use online bidding, or terminate an online bidding account, for any reason at any time prior to, during or after a Sale.

Any decision or instruction made by the Auctioneer shall be final and binding on the Bidders and stakeholders in the auction conducted through this Auctionking Bidding Platform.

The Terms and Conditions herein shall apply to every electronic public auction transaction for the immovable property from appointed Auctioneers of any Banks/private auction organizers in Malaysia via our website.

The Terms and Conditions herein shall be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Registration of users.

"www.auctionking.net" reserves the right to reject any registration without giving prior notification or any reasons thereof.

Users are responsible to ensure that the Internet access is in good condition at any given occasion when activity is being conducted.

"www.auctionking.net" shall not be liable for any disruptions, delays, failures, errors, omissions, or loss of transmitted information due to the unsatisfactory Internet access or any online disruptions that may occur during the process of carrying out any activity at any given time.

Our services are available only to individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with the applicable laws in Malaysia. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are not available to minors. If you are a minor, you may use our services only in conjunction with your parent or legal guardian. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement. Each Banks or appointed Auctioneers that conducts a live auction will have its own eligibility requirements that must be met in order for you to participate in that auction.

You may be required to apply for and obtain approval in order to participate in a specific live auction, including in some cases providing credit card information. You agree to maintain at all times the accuracy of your account information including contact information, addresses and credit card information, and to allow us to provide any of your account information to the Banks /appointed Auctioneers whenever necessary, including for participating in auctions. Approval to participate in one live auction does not guarantee approval to participate in any other live auction conducted either by that Banks / appointed Auctioneers, or another Banks / appointed Auctioneers. Each Banks / appointed Auctioneers has the sole discretion to refuse to approve your eligibility for any live auction without providing any reasons thereof.

The usage of our website together with the terms and conditions hereof shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

The laws of Malaysia shall regulate and apply to all electronic transactions of immoveable property by public auction. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the electronic transaction of property by public auction shall subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.

Parties who are interested to participate in auction shall register as Bidders in "www.auctionking.net".

Bidders are responsible to provide all true, current and accurate information at the time of registration as a registered user of "www.auctionking.net".

Bidders are subject to any restrictions provided under the laws except with the approval of the relevant authorities.

Registration shall be subject to the verification and approval of "www.auctionking.net" and subject further to deposit payment being cleared by the Bank. Please take note that approval from "www.auctionking.net" online bidding platform may take at least 1 working day and any improper or incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of "www.auctionking.net". Neither "www.auctionking.net" nor its agents and/or representative bears any legal responsibility or assumes any liability in the event the registration of a prospective bidder is rejected and/or delayed for any reason whatsoever. In the event of the registration is rejected, the deposit paid (if cleared by Bank) shall be refunded to the same bank account from which the deposit was made within three (3) working days.

Bidders are responsible to identify the property and to ensure that the details, liabilities and encumbrances of the property are correct and accurate.

Bidders undertake to fully comply with this terms and conditions herein. Further, all successful bidder shall also be bound by the terms and conditions of the Conditions of Sale attached to the Proclamation of Sale.

By accessing our website, the registered users/bidders hereby acknowledge and agree that "www.auctionking.net" may collect, retain, or disclose the registered members' information or any information by the members for the effectiveness of services, and the collected, retained or disclosed information shall comply with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any regulations, laws or rules applicable from time to time.

All users/bidders agree to accept all associated risks when using the service in our website and "www.auctionking.net" shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized access or any consequential loss or damages suffered.

We may disclose your personal information to the applicable Seller(s) if you are the highest bidder in one or more of the online auctions or a Buyer in one of the property available in our fixed price listings.

Users/Bidders shall be responsible for the confidentiality and use of Password and not to reveal the Password to anyone at any time and under any circumstances, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

Users/Bidders agree to comply with all the security measures related to safety of the Password or generally in respect of the use of the service.

Users/Bidders accept the responsibility that in any event that the Password are notified to any other person whether intentionally or unintentionally, the users shall take precautionary steps for the disclosure, discovery, or the users shall immediately notify "www.auctionking.net".
